So disappointed

Knowing how important this vetmedin was, there had been a delay with getting prescription, once they had it I called asking how soon it would be sent out, well it'll hve to go to pharmacy, another delay, then once it was at pharmacy, it remained there with my being told they have several customers and would get it out soon, another call and i found out they were on back order but hadnt bothered to tell me. I immediately cancelled order and received them from another place shortly after.

Do yourself a favor and run as far away…

Do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can from this company! They keep charging my card and shipping pills out without my authorization. I’ve tried to cancel my order three times but they still put it through. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Horrible business!

Borderline Fraudulent Company

I placed an order over two months ago and it shipped part of it three weeks after I placed the order but I am still waiting for the rest. Two months later. I have emailed multiple times with no response and the items that have not yet shipped (two months later) are still available on the site. The order number was: SOHP261350. This used to be a good company but it has really declined and is borderline fraudulent.

Stay away!

I don't write negative reviews unless warning others before they have to deal with the company itself. This place took close to $90 out (we can agree that's A LOT, right? Especially for a pet) of my account and NEVER shipped the products. Never got a follow up email or any Tracking info 3 weeks in. So, when I called them Wondering when my products would ship, they lied to me saying it all was on backorder (a good company notes this BEFORE purchasing So the customer can DECIDE if they want to wait or purchase elsewhere). They blamed the other companies for not getting product out to them (since when is ordering from a website saying they already HAVE Nupro IN STOCK and ready to ship, Nupro's fault?!). Then they had the nerve to lie to me and say they hadn't taken the payment out of my bank account yet and wouldn't do so until shipment. Well, my horrible gut feeling told me to check. Sure as shootin, they pulled it out day of purchase. RUDE customer service and snide remarks when I said I'd like to cancel purchase. Still awaiting refund. Lastly, the emails that came into my chrome book (meant to keep info safe) were the first EVER in 2 years to have a red warning flag! Thank God for this review sight or I'd still be sitting here, waiting. I think they hope you forgot you paid them and 4 weeks later will send an email stating "out of stock for good". At least that's what I can surmise from events leading up to my cancellation. Go ELSEWHERE.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Not professional. Customer service was rude and hung up on me. Purchased a time-sensitive medication that was apparently "back-ordered" with no notification... still has yet to arrive. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Buy ANYWHERE else

We ordered 2 6mo supplies of flea and tick meds, treats etc. Around a 300$ order. Was advertised to ship in 3-4 business days, after a week with no shipping info we tried to call them repeatedly, on hold for over an hour with no one answering, left message to get a call back and 2 days later still no call back. Used online facebook chat to finally reach someone. Told them anything that hadn't shipped already to refund, after a few days they did finally refund it. Then around a month later they ship the product out and bill me for it. Had to cancel credit card and file fraud alert with bank, BBB and Attorney general of CA. Meanwhile contacted them again about returning this product and again, no answer.

Longer shipping times than stated when orderin

Shipping cost was $6.95 for 5-8 days arrival. It showed up 11 days later with my Chewy order that was placed only 2 days prior.

So far, terrible...

Wow, I also wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. In early Feb I ordered over $400 worth of expensive supplements my vet recommended for my elderly dog whose kidneys are beginning to fail. The only reason I chose this company was because they claimed to have Dasuquin in stock, and that was something the vet had suggested as well. For some reason, Dasuquin seemed to be on back order everywhere except Entirely Pets, who claimed it was in stock. After processing my payment for it, they told me it was back ordered but supposed to arrive within a week and be shipped to me. That communication was now 3 weeks ago and I’ve never received the product, nor will anyone answer my emails to find out the status. Claiming a product is in stock when it isn’t, and then taking payment for it anyway, seems like fraud to me.
I’m also missing a bottle of Azodyl kidney supplement. This is even more maddening as I discovered elsewhere, days after ordering it, that it has to be kept cold & shipped overnight or 2 day express at most. I am 90% certain this info was NOT on the product page the day I ordered it. In fact, all the normal mail options as any other product were offered as choices, so I just selected regular mail. Why would you offer a shipping choice specific to a product, that ruins that product’s efficacy??? I went back to check the product page again, and now in big red letters there is a notice that it has to be shipped express. I’m pretty sure that was not there before. But I really needed it for my dog and need it to work, so I reordered the product & paid $35 for 2 day shipping. It arrived late the 3rd day, so I asked for a shipping refund since they promised one if it didn’t arrive on time. (I lost a whole day when I badly needed to be doing other things, just waiting at home for the package not to arrive.) They agreed to refund the $35, but I’ve still never received it, or the Dasuquin, or the *original* bottle of Azodyl that was sent thru regular mail, though they processed payment for these items. I’m out about $235 at the moment. And now they are just ignoring my emails. I don’t usually write reviews but I bought these items to try to make my dog’s final months as comfortable as I possibly can. I’m happy to update this review if they make things right, but for a place that claims to be concerned with pets to do business this way is appalling.

EPIC FAIL

EPIC FAIL!
On 2/4/21, I placed this order.
On 2/5, I mailed a paper prescription to the address specified (vet won't fax).
On 2/11, I called and lines were busy so left a voice message.
On 2/18 I called and reached a rep, who said it was before 9am PST so the pharmacy was not open. He promised that someone would call and/or email me by the end of the day on 2/18.
Since then I have received ZERO communications on the status - nothing.
No email, no call back, no apology, no explanation.
And no medicine for the dog.
The order has still not even shipped.
On 2/20 I called and spoke with CSR rep "Payal" and cancelled the order.
She sent me an automated message cancelling order 1150173. That is NOT the order number that was given to me! I gave her the correct order number, I don't know why the cancellation email came for a different order number.
All told I wasted:
1. The time to place the order and (snail) mail the prescription to you.
2. The time it took me to follow up on 2/10 and 2/18.
3. The time it took me to call today 2/20 to discuss this with Payal and cancel the order.
4. The time it will take me to call the vet, to drive to the vet to get yet ANOTHER paper script to replace the one I sent to you.
5. The time it will take for me to start all over again ordering from another pharmacy.
6. The time I will need to wait for a new order to come to me from a more reliable pharmacy.
7. The time it took for me to write to you and tell you about this dismal situation.
This was an epic fail on so many levels.
Please be sure to cancel order W-255668 as I requested today via phone conversation with Payal @ 800-738-7209 at 12:29 pm.

Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
